Kimi returns to the Covent Garden Market for a Saturday cooking demonstration in the Market Kitchen located on the 2nd floor.
This demonstration walks through the steps for making Indonesian grilled chicken with rujak sauce, a sweet and spicy sauce made with coconut milk and infused with lemongrass, garlic, lime leaves and red chiles. Also learn how to make pandan-scented coconut rice to complement the chicken.
